ZOOM DIT
Join every Sunday at 10:00 am for a short children's story and lesson. Click here to join. This will take place instead of meeting for DIT in person.
LUNCH AND ZOOM WEDNESDAY
Every Wednesday at 11:30 join for lunch and zoom. Every other Wednesday we will be doing an activity/game along with lunch. Click here to join.
GUARDIAN ANGEL CELEBRATION
The Guardian Angel Celebration that was scheduled for May 3rd has been postponed for August. It is encouraged that angles continue writing to children. If children are interested in writing to their angles they may mail a letter/card to the church or contact Katie Dumproff at kdumproff@hopetoledo.net so that it will get to their guardian.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL 2020:

Vacation Bible School Registration is now open to members and regular attenders of Hope Lutheran and Washington Churches. Registration will open to the general public on April 27th. GUARDIAN ANGELS
At this time the celebration has been postponed to August instead of May 3rd. Children are prayed for all year by members of our congregation. At the end of the year we come together and the children get to meet their Guardian Angel!
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today.
TODDLER AND TOTS
This is a new group for the 2019-2020 year. Toddler and Tots is our first faith formation class. It is a group where parents attend as well during Sundays at 10:15-10:45. We read a story, play, and have snack.
At Hope Lutheran Church Children's Ministry, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Food Donation Drop-Off is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
Every Christmas DIT preforms a program! Children get to sing, act, and dance! The 2019's Christmas program was about the stars point of view on the birth of Jesus.
DISCIPLES IN TRAINING (DIT)
DIT is currently having a Zoom Sunday Mornings at 10:00 am instead of meeting in person. Meets downstairs Sunday's 10:00-10:50 am. Children get to participate in a large group opening where we all hear a quick story, pray, and do an offering. Then children go into classes for small group time. Children are sent home a sheet about what they learned and what they can do with their families to enhance their learning.
MONTHLY FELLOWSHIP EVENTS
Getting together to celebrate faith, do service projects, and have fun! We have fellowship events at various locations! Here is a picture of a fellowship event at one of our members houses. We are learning about Jesus getting baptized.
